TRIO BUSCH
All information on the festival website.
Since its formation in 2012, the Busch Trio has carved out a prominent place in the world of chamber music, with a distinctive style that has shone in their acclaimed recordings of Schubert and Dvořák. These three romantic travellers are no showmen chasing the spotlight; they are devoted servants of the music, explorers of the depths of the score, turning their concerts into introspective journeys from which one emerges transformed. Tonight, they offer a true romantic odyssey, from the youthful and still-classical Beethoven to the twilight torments of Bridge. At its heart lies Mendelssohn’s celebrated Trio Op. 49, with its nocturnal elfin dances and profoundly moving, song-like melodies.
